Depending on the tier (number of hours you’ve booked that month), the prices range between:

  • Standard Room, $5-$25/hr
  • Play Room, $10-$35/hr
  • Art Room, $10-$35/hr
  • Group Room, $15-$40/hr

We also offer limited full-time dedicated offices to a very small number of members who we feel align strongly with our values and community culture. If you would like a full-time dedicated office just for you/your team, we are happy to see if we’re the right fit. Please schedule a tour.

Nope! We want to reduce the risk for you in any way, so no long-term commitment needed. You can pause or cancel your membership at any time. We just require at least 7 days notice via form submission.

If you would like to sign up for a dedicated office full time, there will be a 6-month commitment.

We get it. Clients sometimes have to reschedule, or they late cancel or no show. That’s why we give you 10 cancellations a month. If you cancel a room you booked 24 hours prior to the time of reservation, you won’t be charged for it at the end of the month. Once you’ve used up all 10 cancellations within a month, you will not be able to cancel your bookings.

Membership is month-to-month, so you can cancel your membership at any time. We just require a minimum of 7 days’ notice via form submission.

Our standard therapy rooms are 110-120 sf, ideal for individuals and couples.

The play therapy room is approximately 170 sf.

The art therapy room is approximately 160 sf, perfect for individuals and small groups.

Our group room is approximately 200 sf, perfect for a group up to 10.

We love to see you grow your caseload and we want to celebrate that. We have a tiered pricing system, which resets monthly. Room rates vary (by room type) and bills are generated on the last day of the month. So, the more hours you book per month the lower the hourly rate goes.

Standard Room
1st to 20th hour @ $25/hr
21st to 40th hour @ $20/hr
41st to 60th hour @ $10/hr
61st hour and beyond @ $5/hr

Billing Example:
Jen knows she wants to book 7 hours a week for the whole month for a total of 28 hours in a Standard office.

Here’s the breakdown:
$25 x 20 hours = $500
$20 x 8 hours = $160

Total for the month = $660, about $23/hour (sounds like a sweet deal!).

All memberships are charged on a monthly basis. You can start your membership on any day of the month and we’ll prorate the first month. After that, you’ll be billed on the first of the month for your upcoming month’s membership.

Room bookings are charged on a monthly basis, on the last day of each month.

As an Ethera member, you have access to our coworking lounge (no room bookings necessary!), you can book therapy rooms by the hour at any of our locations, in addition to featured profile on our Provider Directory. You also have free access to all of our events!

Members have the option of adding Mail Service (additional $10/month per location), which includes business mailing address and a dedicated mail box inside the Members’ Lounge.

*All room bookings are charged in addition to the monthly membership.

The only two rooms with cameras are the client waiting room and the play room to ensure the safety of our members as well as their clients.

If you would like to video record your sessions, please bring your own equipment to ensure HIPAA compliance.

If you are a pre-licensed clinician (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, Registered Psychological Associate, or similar), we’d love to have you apply for membership! Just keep in mind that your licensed supervisor will also need to be an Ethera member.

If they’re not already part of our community, we encourage you to share Ethera with them; it could be a wonderful opportunity for you both to grow your practices together.
